RRL01-8

Log sorting line designed to sort logs from 1.2m to 3.2m long and from 10cm to 65cm thick. Unsorted logs are unloaded onto the AS834-4 ramp. The logs are transported to the AS871A-4 stepped conveyor, where they are sorted one by one and fed to the GT02-7 longitudinal chain conveyor. The logs are transported through the RRL01-200 scanner, which measures the thickness of the log and determines which pocket it will be assigned to. The wood waste under the ramp is cleaned with the AS834-800 waste conveyor under log desk.
