Pallet board production line

The log cutting line is designed to cut 1.2m logs. The logs are unloaded onto the AS832 ramp. They are fed onto the AS272 log cross cut sawing machine using the AS871-3 stair conveyor. The log cross cut sawing machine cuts the logs to the desired dimensions. The AS861 log accumulator stores the logs for further processing. The RP01 log turning table is used to center the logs, placing them in the optimal cutting position before feeding them with a spiked chain to the vertical edger. The AS223 machine cuts the sides of the workpiece with four circular saws. The TP06 cant receiving table holds the cut log and the slabs while transporting it for further processing, and drops the slabs at the right moment onto the AS852 slab conveyor. The workpiece is then transported to the AS420 centering conveyor. The sides of the centered workpiece are milled on the AS422 log canter machine. The workpiece is cut to the specified dimensions on the machine. The AS420VA feed table transports the workpiece to the AS256 multi-rip saw machine. The AS256 machine cuts the product. Scraps and chips are transported by belt conveyors JT04, JT12, JT02.
