      Pallet board production line is designed to cut logs from 2.5m to 6.3m. The AS832 ramp is used to feed the logs. The AS871 stair conveyor separates the logs one by one and feeds them to the AS272 machine. The log cross cut sawing machine performs a set number of cuts according to the operator's program. After the log is dropped, the AS861 accumulates the logs before feeding them onto the RP01 turning table. The log turning table is used to center the logs, placing them in the optimal cutting position before feeding them with a spiked chain to the vertical edger machine. In the AS224 machine, the sides of the workpiece are cut with four circular saws. The TP06 cant receiving table holds the cut log, and when it is split, it separates and drops slabs onto the AS852 slab conveyor. The transported log is tilted to a horizontal position using the TP03 cant overturn table. The log is centered using the AS420A centering conveyor and fed to the AS422 log canter machine. The milled log is transported to the log crosscutter, which cuts the ends of the workpiece according to a pre-set warp. The AS420V roller conveyor with a clamp to a ruler presses the log against the ruler and feeds the workpiece to the multi-rip saw machine. The AS256 cuts the final product desired by the customer, which is transported by the JT03 belt conveyor.

      The processing of the slabs takes place by transporting them on the AS852 slab conveyor. The operator places the workpiece on a chain with hooks which is transported to the AS231 machine. The slab is processed by two vertical and one or two horizontal circular saws. The resulting container boards are cross-cut on container board cross-cut machines.
