Thin-log line

The thin log cutting line is designed to cut logs up to 2.5m long and 10cm to 25cm wide. The AS832 ramp is used for log feeding. The logs are separated one by one in the AS871 stair conveyor. The workpiece is fed into the log cross cut sawing machine. In the AS270 machine, the log is cut according to the set support dimension, which can be adjusted from 1.0m to 1.3m. The log accumulator in the log cross cut sawing machine accumulates the logs, and the separator prepares them for feeding into the GT01 longitudinal chain conveyor. After the log canter machine has milled its sides, the workpiece is transported to the AS243 Multi-rip saw machine. The accumulated chips are removed by the JT04 belt conveyor. AS243 Multi-rip saw machine mill the top (if the logs are sorted) and bottom of the workpiece, and cut out the desired product according to the dimensions set by the operator.
