Slabs processing line with canter machine

Pallet board production line is designed to process slab using canter and multi-rip saw machines. The workpiece is centered by the AS250 conveyor, during centering one of the three positions entered by the operator in the canter machine is automatically selected. After milling, the workpiece is further fed to the multi-rip saw machine, the resulting chips are removed by the JT04 belt conveyor. In the AS243 multi-rip saw machine, the upper part of the panels is crushed into sawdust, and boards are cut from the remaining workpiece. Most often, one or two boards are cut.
